At Alexine Fine Jewellery, we take pride in the quality of our pieces. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 2-year warranty on our jewellery.
Warranty & Repair Policy – Alexine Fine Jewellery
If you want to make a claim under your warranty or have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us right away. For store purchases, please reach out to the store where your purchase was made. If you placed an order through our webshop, send us an email at alexine.office@gmail.com with a picture of the item and your order number. If you're unsure whether your item is as it should be or does not close properly, feel free to contact us for assistance.
We offer a 2-year warranty on our jewellery, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty cannot be extended if items are not worn until later. Our warranty applies only to products purchased through alexinefinejewellery.com or our official Alexine Fine Jewellery Store.
Retroactive solutions are not possible, so please report any issues immediately.
Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

Scratches caused by normal wear.

Improper use or storage of your product.

Items modified or altered by any third party outside of Alexine Fine Jewellery.

Lost items such as earrings—we require the defective item to be returned in order to offer compensation or repair.

Check & Cleaning Service
A one-time check and cleaning service per year is included in our warranty. If necessary, further repair services may be offered to ensure the longevity of your piece.
