Shipping Locations
We ship our jewelry to customers in the Netherlands and in- and outside the European Union
Processing Time
Order processing time varies depending on the item:

In-stock items are processed and shipped out within 2 business days.

Made-to-order, custom, or size-specific pieces take longer, due to the crafting time
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed,
you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.
Shipping Time inside The Netherlands
Once your item is shipped to a location inside The Netherlands it will take 1 to 3 business days to arrive.
Shipping Time inside The EU
Once your item is shipped to a location inside The EU it will take 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
Shipping Time outside The EU
Once your item is shipped to a location outside The EU it will take 5 to 14 business days to arrive.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the Netherlands and the rest of EU
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow the progress of your shipment and stay updated on its delivery status.
Shipping Carriers
Our primary shipping carrier is PostNL. Depending on your location and service availability, we may also use other trusted logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, Bpost, or PostNL’s international partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that Alexine Jewellery is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s import regulations.
Damages and Lost Items
Alexine Jewellery is not liable for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items as evidence when submitting your claim.
